Ordering

Q: Do I need to be a qualified lash technician to order?

Yes — our products are designed for professional use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a trained and qualified lash artist or beauty professional.

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history and track your purchases more easily.

Q: How do I know my order has gone through?

Once you’ve completed checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You’ll get another email once your order has been dispatched with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

We process orders within 1–3 business days.

  • UK orders: 2–4 working days (Standard) or 1–2 days (Express).

  • International orders: Usually 5–15 working days, depending on your country.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! 🌍 Shipping fees and times vary by location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Q: How can I track my order?

If your delivery includes tracking, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus other options supported through Squarespace Payments (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, if enabled).

Q: Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s approved gateways. We never see or store your card information.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and resalable products within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on adhesives, liquids, or opened lash trays.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, please email us at amorebeautysupplies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, including your order number and photos if possible.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Q: Are your lash products cruelty-free?

Yes — we’re committed to offering cruelty-free lash supplies that meet professional quality standards.

Q: How should I store lash adhesives?

Adhesives should be stored upright, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. For best results, keep them sealed and use within the recommended shelf life once opened.

Q: Do you offer training or courses?

Not at the moment — we currently focus on providing top-quality supplies for professionals, but training may be available in the future. Stay tuned via our Instagram or newsletter for updates!
