At Amore Beauty Supplies, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable shopping experience for every professional lash artist. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship, deliver, and handle returns.
1. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it has been dispatched.
2. UK Shipping
We offer standard and tracked delivery options throughout the UK.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Tracked / Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We’re proud to ship internationally so lash artists worldwide can enjoy our products! 🌍
Important information for international customers:
Delivery times vary by destination (usually 5–15 working days).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in your country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable).
If your tracking information hasn’t updated after a few days, please contact us at amorebeautysupplies@gmail.com and we’ll help look into it.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amoreveautysupplies@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve the matter quickly — either with a replacement or refund.
6. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and resalable products.
If you wish to return an item:
Contact us at amorebeautysupplies@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Adhesives, liquids, or opened lash trays
Items that have been used or opened
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
Please check your tracking link first.
If still missing after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us and we’ll assist you in raising an investigation with the courier.
We cannot issue refunds until the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
9. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
